“To look in the mirror and invite responsibility, that is the beginning of personal leadership.”
—John Crudele
I’ve
always had the uncanny ability to connect with youth and adults at the heart
level. I love speaking to people…all people. Students, teachers, parents and
administrators... I believe each person is filled with cares, desires and
dreams. We all wish to make choices that impact our future in a positive way,
yet without realizing it, we often limit ourselves.
Over the years of interacting with my audiences, I’ve found
that there is a belief that drives every behavior. These hidden attitudes
support our motives, habits and actions and will either advance or hold us
back. I encourage my listeners to reflect, refocus and discover their own
possibilities.
